Our FANTAEXTRA-FC1 frame produces FANCY TWISTED YARNS and SPECIAL YARNS from roving (roving frame or finisher), from sliver in cans and from yarn with one hollow spindle and take-up on incorporated cone.
It is possible to feed the machine also from yarn (YARN TO YARN) with an external creel that can be supplied as an optional. The drafting group may feature one, two or three drafts and can process both short staple cotton fibers and long staple woollen fibers.
Upon request different types of needle heads can be supplied to be installed in place of the hollow spindles to produce SPECIAL YARNS like TUBE YARNS. The conversion is a simple and quick operation.
